Remembering Philip Chia
It is with my deepest regret and profound sadness to inform you of the sudden passing of one our fellow Pickleball player, Philip Chia. Philip unexpectedly suffered a stroke while traveling abroad in China, one of many trips he enjoyed with his wife during his retirement year. As a Pickleball player at SASF, Philip was a joy to play with because he always had a positive attitude and his enthusiasm was infectious. We will miss him dearly.
ACC Members at Lewis Park Re-opening with Mayor
Sacramento mayor, Darell Steinberg along with vice mayor, Rick Jennings attended Lewis Park re-opening. The 2 tennis court was totally renovated and stripping for Pickleball was also added. ACC members were able to play a game of Pickleball with both the mayor and vice mayor.
